Job Description:
We are constructing two adjacent 1 Kanal double story houses to be used as residences for orphans near Bahria town/Defense.
The site coordinator will be responsible for visiting the construction site on a daily basis and monitoring, reviewing and commenting on the construction progress.
He will be responsible for monitoring and advising the owners on the quality of materials being used, the quality of work being done, deviations from plans/drawings, problems and issues that might arise at the construction site, etc…
He will be required to monitor, review and comment on all supplies purchased and delivered (quantity, quality, price etc)
He will also be responsible for coordinating with the contractors, subcontractors, architects, suppliers, authorities etc…
The site coordinator will be required to send weekly detailed progress report (in English) with photos of the site to project sponsors in both Pakistan and Kuwait.
This is a part time job, and the site coordinator should expect to spend approximately 20 hours per week at the site and in preparing reports.
Skills Required:
Preference will be given to candidates
a) Have previous construction and civil engineering experience.
b) Are Energetic, independent, honest, self motivated, and punctual
c) Have good English communication skills both speaking and writing.
d) Know how to use Microsoft Word and Email.
