Job Description:
Assist to improve availability and reliability of rotary equipment through effective and quality rotary equipment maintenance.
* Co-ordinate and execute planned rotary equipment maintenance task during shutdowns.
* To carry out root cause analysis of failure in rotary equipment and implement recommendations
* Trouble shooting, general maintenance and over hauling of rotary equipments such as single and multi stage Centrifugal pumps, Compressors, Gas turbine engines, etc.
* Identification of critical spares and ensuring maintainability of the minimum required levels of critical spares.
* To generate concise and meaning full maintenance reports of the rotary equipment.Assist to improve availability and reliability of static equipment through effective and quality maintenance.
* Co-ordinate and execute planned maintenance task during shutdowns.
* To identify Resources and prepare Job, Rigging and Rescue Plans for the Inspection of static equipment in Annual Turn-Around.
* To carry out maintenance and over hauling of all type of valves used in Petrochemical Plants.
* Identification of critical spares and ensure maintainability of the minimum required levels of critical spares.

Skills Required:
A minimum of 5 years experience of maintaining rotary/ static equipments in hydrocarbon processing (fertilizer, oil & gas sector) plant maintenance teams.
* Proven hands on experience of maintenance of rotating / static equipment and reciprocating gas engines.
* Bachelor’s of Technology B-Tech or Diploma of Associate Engineer DAE in Mechanical Engineering.
* Knowledge of HSE Management System such as permit to work, job safety analysis and qualitative risk analysis.
* Proven ability to interact effectively with peers, subordinates and superiors.
