| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Manage and lead the project team and the contractors’ management to ensure they perform effectively and adhere to the project governance. Manage relationships with the customer and project stakeholders. Coordinate the input from other business groups and contractors into the technical specification deliverables. Prepare the project execution strategy and plan; Work in close cooperation with the project support group to produce capital estimates and schedules. Coach the project team members and be a people manager; Mobilise and demobilise the project team resources in the various phases of the project. Coordinates and directs day-to-day operations of the maintenance sites including determining needed repairs and improvements, establishing project priorities and assigning work tasks, scheduling work to most effectively meet facility needs, etc. Supervises and directs the maintenance staff including Maintenance Workers and Specialists by providing training and development, monitoring and evaluating work performance, interviewing and hiring adequate staff and disciplining staff as necessary. Confers with architects, engineers, contractors, and other staff regarding maintenance projects such as progress reports, work evaluations and project details. Documents departmental activity through preparation of various reports, work orders, maintenance schedules and other incidental record keeping. Prepares implements and monitors departmental budget. Reviews and analyzes project specifications, drawings and blue prints. Develops and maintains inventory of spare and repair parts, materials and tools. Supervises and directs various seasonal projects such as roofing maintenance and repairs, parking lot repairs and HVAC maintenance. Ensures all OSHA required training is administered to workers in accordance with established standards. |

| Profile | Excellent Communication skills, Presentability with good Corporate ethics and having sound knowledge on Tendering / estimation and execution of projects. Qualification –Degree in Mechanical Engineering • Experience - At least 5 years relevant experience preferably in gulf (high-rise buildings) • Conversant with HVAC standards • Good communication skills • Computer literate • Ability to work under pressure • Self motivated and result oriented • GCC driving license will be an added advantage. |
