Introduction:
ASK Development, in collaboration with some well reputed Development sector organizations is initiating a Four (4) month Youth training and apprenticeship project. The purpose is to find and equip the youth along with career counseling, from FATA and Frontier regions of NWFP (Under Developed Regions) and assist them in getting Apprenticeship and Internship.
Background:
He will be over all responsible of the identification of the applicants for placing them on apprenticeship/internship with industries and organizations of public and private sector
Skills Required:
Job Responsibilities: -
- He will be responsible for development of project protocols, criteria, research design. -
- He will be performing a supervisory role on Civil/Mechanical related construction activities. -
- Will be responsible for coordination and communication with industries and organizations where youth are placed for internship program -
- Will conduct review meetings with staff and the relevant industries for measuring progress of the project -
- Will be reporting to the Project Coordinator.
