Job Description:

·         Ensure that all contracted requirements and specifications are met by providing clear

 guidance and follow up of site supervisors.

·         Ensure that the project working designs are submitted on schedule so as to avoid any undue delays in the project progress.

·         Ensure that the work schedule is followed.

·         Assist the site manager in finding viable alternatives to recuperate any losses should they occur especially in the case of any underestimated materials and / or resources.

·         Assist the site manager in managing labour and / or materials requirements to avoid any delays on the project site.

·         Monitor the Supervisors are following the work plan and adhere to the company Quality and Safety Standard.

·         Listening and solving the immediate issues on the site.

·         Follow up that the work performed is following the approved drawings, method statements, all client requirements and Safety Standards and assisting the site manager in taking any action to rectify issues that arise.

·         Provide advice and recommendations on how to improve the progress in order to avoid any delays or undue costs.

·         Collect and review regularly all reports from all site Supervisors regarding the field activities and progress along with the workers timesheets.
Skills Required

·         Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering

·         Minimum 5 years experience as a mechanical site engineer

·         Ability to understand, interpret and explain drawings
