Job Description:
We require business communications professional with exceptional English communication skills with american accent only. The candidate will be providing state of the customer Service and Sales Support to US ,UK,and Canada based customers via Chat ,Inbound and outbound .
Job description will also include leading a team of Developers to independently mange clients projects .
The candidate will be capable enough to take decisions independently as per the need and should be aware of cooperate communication ethics as this job requires interaction with top management of few fortune 500 companies.
People having technical background are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required:
* A minimum of 2+ years of experience in handling inbound customer support calls.
* Must be fluent in English with American accent.
* Ability to think creatively and respond efficiently.
* Fast learner, dynamic and self-starter.
* Ability to maintain productivity under pressure and handle multi-tasks effectively.
* Technical background is plus.
