ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENT HEAD - Engro Polymer and Chemicals Ltd - Karachi

Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited is operating a PVC resin manufacturing facility at Port Qasim, Karachi, In pursuit of its Vision, Engro Polymer is expanding its PVC capacity, adding EDC/VCM manufacturing and Chlor-Alkali plant along with Power Generation and associated Utilities, For this challenging and exciting project, we wish to recruit qualified and high caliber individuals for the following positions:

ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT HEAD
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, MBA or
Masters would be an added advantage

* Minimum 15 years experience in Fertilizer, Power Plant or Petrochemical / Refinery.

* Good communication skills, ability to lead a team of engineers, hands on experience of progress reporting, liaising with international contractors & understanding of safety systems is a must.

UTILITY HEAD
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

* Minimum 10~15 years Operational experience of power plant, Utility units of Fertilizer, Refinery, Petrochemical or Oil/Gas Industry.

* Preference will be given to those having experience in Combined Cycle power plants

INSPECTION INCHARGE
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

* Minimum 8~12 years experience preferably in Fertilizer, Refinery, Petrochemical or Oil/Gas Industry.

* Should be familiar with NDT techniques / inspection procedures.

* Knowledge of International standards /codes, member of AWS or NACE.

* Conversant with Quality Control Systems and repair methodology.

* Familiar with Risk Management Evaluation of plant stationary equipment.

* Experience of planning, organizing, and execution of inspection functions independently,

* Have an understanding of inspection data management.

PROJECT ENGINEERS
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

* Minimum 3-6 years experience in Fertilizer, Refinery or Petrochemical Plant.

* Should have in-depth understanding of ASME codes. ANSI & API standards, stress analysis, designing of pressure vessels, piping, construction standards, contract administration and project supervision.

BOILER ENGINEERS
* At-least Matric with First class Boiler Engineer Competency Certificate.

* Minimum 6~10 years experience as Boiler Engineer in Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Refinery or Chemical Industry.
