CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Unicol is a joint venture distillery project between Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills, Faran Sugar Mills and Mehran Sugar Mills. Unicol has initiated Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Program at its ethanol distillery at Mirpurkhas and is looking for qualified and talented individual for the following position.

HSE MANAGER
AT MIRPURKHAS SITE (01 POSITION)
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE systems, policies and procedures and should have experience of working under ISO 14001 and OHSAS standards and be able to train, advise and mange all HSE issues on site. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and corporate environmental requirements and conducting Environment impact Assessment (EIA).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD
* Between 30-40 years of age.

* Hold Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering from a reputable institution.

* Have at least 5 – 7 years experience of managing HSE program preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery or fertiliser plant. With at least two years as Deputy Manager Level.

* Have strong knowledge of HSE standards & regulations.

* Be able to plan, develop and impart HSE (fire & emergency) training to site staff.

* Be able to prepare Emergency Response plan and recommend safety controls and audits.

* Be a team player and possess strong people management skills.

* Have excellent MS-Office, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
