Oman Cement Company (S.A.O.G) (A ISO 9001, 14001 and API Certified Company) Oman Cement Company (SAOG) an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified company with an annual cement production of 2 million tons requires following candidates with required qualification and experience: MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER QUALIFICATION: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering EXPERIENCE: 10 years experience in similar position in a cement factory. SHIFT ENGINEER QUALIFICATION: * Degree. Preferably in Chemical Engg * Computer literate * Good communicate skills EXPERIENCE: Min. 10 years exp. in similar position in large fully automated dry process cement plant. Capable of managing the plant during shift and be able to look after all running maintenance and production affairs INSTRUMENT & CONTROL ENGINEER QUALIFICATION: B.E. (Instrument & Control /Electronics) EXPERIENCE: Must have 10 years experience in a large dry process cement plant. Should have hands-on experience on process instrumentation, Programmable Logic Controllers and Distributed Control System. CIVIL ENGINEER QUALIFICATION: * B.Sc. (Civil Engineering) * Computer literate EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 Years experience in industrial or infrastructural projects, particularly related to cement plants. AUDITOR QUALIFICATION: * Graduate in Accountancy, Professional Qualifications in accounting and Auditing. * Certified Information System Auditor. EXPERIENCE: Experience in a large Organization preferably in a process industry. Must be familiar with international Accountancy standards (IAS). Strong Communication Skills. SHIFT CHEMIST QUALIFICATION: * M.Sc. Chemistry * B.Sc. Chemistry EXPERIENCE: 10 years experience in integrated cement plant with on line Q.C. facility. Experience of on line X-ray Flourance and X-ray diffraction will be an advantage. CONSOLE OPERATOR QUALIFICATION: B.Sc. or Diploma in Chemical Engineering EXPERIENCE: 8-10 years in operations of dry precalciner kilns from central control room with DCS Control. X-RAY OPERATOR QUALIFICATION: Technical college graduate EXPERIENCE: 5 years experience in x-ray analysis of minerals. Fresh Omani candidate may be considered for trainees. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATION: Diploma (Mechanical Engineering) EXPERIENCE: * Min. experience 7-10 years in maintenance of all cement plant equipment. * Must have good leadership skills with at least 5 years work as a group team leader or foreman. INSTRUMENT CONTROL TECHNICIANS QUALIFICATION: Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation EXPERIENCE: Able to carry out preventive and break down maintenance of instruments. Familiar with testing and calibration procedures POWER ELECTRICIAN QUALIFICATION: Technical Diploma (Electrical Engineering) Experience: * Min. 5 years exp. In cement industry. * Should have hands-on exp. On HV & MV power distribution system, MCCs, AC Motors, MV&LV upto 3000 KW), VWF & DC drives, electrostatic precipitators and trouble shooting of electrically operated equipments. QUARRY DRILLERS QUALIFICATION: Vocational Training Certificate in a Technical subject. EXPERIENCE: Experience in similar field QUARRY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR/HEAVY DUTY DRIVERS. QUALIFICATION: Valid Licence for Quarry Equipment/ Heavy Duty vehicles. EXPERIENCE: Should be healthy and Physically fit. Should hold a Clean Heavy Duty /Heavy Equipment Driving Licence DRAFTSMAN - AUTO-CAD QUALIFICATION: * Diploma in Draughtsmanship. * Certificate in Auto-CAD operation. * Diploma in Civil Engineering Will be an added qualification EXPERIENCE: Min. 5 years experience as Draftsman in industrial/technical drawing with special skils in using Auto-CAD. CARPENTER QUALIFICATION: Diploma or Technical Certificate in Carpentary. EXPERIENCE: Min. 7 years exp. In frame making of castables and refractory works in large cement plant. Plus skill on furniture making. MASON QUALIFICATION: Diploma or Technical certificate in Masonary / Plumbing. EXPERIENCE: Min. 7 years exp. As Mason in kiln of dia greater than 4.0M and large cyclone & grate coolers. Frame work exp. Will be preferable The Age limit for all Positions not exceed 40 years.
