Job Description/
Responsibilities     •Performs schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring activities using primavera software.
•To review & assess the contractors EPC schedule with respect to the job requirement.
•Supports project organizational and administrative activities as & when delegated.
•Supervises planning/scheduling activities as & when delegated. Ensures work is completed as scheduled.
•Identifies schedule-associated cost trends for management attention.
•To coordinate project plans with resource levels for Project Engineers.
•To apply professional level skills in the use of industry standard planning software applications.
•To identify, monitor and report potential slippages and resource constraints to Project Engineers.
•Prepare & submit MIS reporting / internal review reports as per Company’s requirement.
•Periodically Review & analyze the contractor’s progress reports
 
Candidate Requirement
    
Profile     *A mnimum of 6-8 years Planning/Scheduling experience.
*Shall have excellent verbal and written communication skills and planning analytical analysis skills
*Shall have leadership skills, supervisory skills, and the ability to adapt project controls principles into a multi-company environment is essential.
*Working knowledge on big power projects with EPC background or design consultancy(i.e PMC environment) is an added advantage
*Must have general inter-discipline knowledge.
*Must have experience of working within an ISO 9001 QA environment.
*Must be computer literate with excellent working knowledge on Primavera (P5 / P6), MS Office applications and Lotus Notes.
*Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
*Must have good interpersonal and communications skills.
*Must be able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility both as an individual and as a strong team player.
