| Job Description/ Responsibilities | * Planning, organizing and supervising projects for the location, design, inspection and maintenance. * The Projects Development Manager will administer construction contracts and coordinate projects including all phases from planning to project construction. * Business Development, including but not limited to presentation to potential clients, and proposal preparation and coordination, management and performance of consulting assignments. * Developing, facilitating and securing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships to effectively grow the business programs, products and services. |

| Profile | * Must have background on Financial Side i.e. conducting Feasibility Studies. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in the GCC as Projects Manager gained from Investment property and real estate in managing large scale projects. * Licensure as a professional architect. |
