| Job Description/ Responsibilities |
Reporting to the Executive Committee ( Real Estate Division). The incumbent will manage the real estate operations of Y K Almoayyed & Sons property Company in the most efficient & profitable manner. |
| Candidate Requirement |

| Profile | The
candidate should be technically qualified (Degree in Civil/
Architectural Engg.) & should have 10-15 yrs of real estate
experience including at least 5 yrs similar experience in reputed real
estate company in the GCC. He should be a team player with the ability to work independently under pressure and lead and motivate diversified work force. He should also have good track record in increasing market share in competitive environment with the ability to formulate proper strategies, maintain high level of customer service, and to keep rapport with architects, consultants and general contractors. Preference will be given to bilingual candidates with MBA and exposure in market research, staff training, etc. |
