| Job Description/ Responsibilities |
Prepare a 'Bill of Quantities', which lists the individual components required to construct the project. Complete the Quantities take off process based on the company standards. Prepare the variation orders to subcontractors and assist in preparing variation order proposals to client Execute the site measurements process and prepare the quantities calculation sheets required for payment requisitions backup documents in the scheduled time frame. Prepare the subcontractors and suppliers payment certificates Prepare rate analysis for Non Tender Items and get it approved from consultant. Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports. Measuring completed work and certifying payments. Update and/or supervise the Bill of Quantities in the Tender in a timely manner in order to achieve accurate quantities forecast reporting. Ensure availability of designs that are cost effective and comply with quality standards. Deliver designs to best possible commercial value. Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients key to the project plan. Taking a lead role in the preparation of Pre Bid Engineering Quantities from the available design within the available time frame. Supervise and develop subordinates to ensure compliance to commercial procedures and company policies in order to produce detailed substantiation on financial and commercial controls. |
