| Job Description/ Responsibilities |
Ensuring production line run effectively to meet agreed targets on
“start up” time. labour, waste, quality and overall line efficiency Machines set up and functioning according to work practice documents Assign work and instruct in proper work performance, safety requirements, company rules and procedures Troubleshoot deflection winding issues. |
| Candidate Requirement |

| Profile | Diploma in Plastic. Experience in machine operation ideally from a plastics for at least 10 years. Must have previous experience operating blown film extrusion machines. Preferably experience in WINDMOLLER & HOLSCHER (W&H ) machines or Rajoo machines. Understand the importance of following procedures and processes Demonstrate similar experience in a technical role in a continuous production line environment Possess the ability to train others. Must be able to read and write English. Basic knowledge of computers- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Email. Excellent communication skills, Supervise production line uses extrusion machines that produce plastic products, within standard guidelines. Must have experience in plastic industry and operating blown film extrusion. |
