Electrical Engineer Full time job in Lahore , Pakistan

This position requires familiarity, in-depth understanding, and working knowledge of the construction industry as well as the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) work breakdown structures for Cost Estimating functions. The main responsibility will be to cost estimate changes in scope that arise during the construction process. This position requires the candidate to be proficient in research and analysis of construction costs from market sources. This position requires the applicant to have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc and the ability to learn proprietary Cost Estimating software applications.

Applicant must have at least three five years of experience as a design engineer and/or construction manager. In addition, it is preferred that the applicant has at least one year of experience preparing construction cost estimates, including; reviewing and modifying A/E construction cost estimates as required through different stages, estimating costs of the disciplines described in the specific requirements (i.e., structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical) ; preparing cost proposals based on the cost estimates. Or a minimum of three years experience in constructing building projects from inception to completion.
