Morson International, the UK's leading technical Recruitment Agency is recruiting on behalf of Rolls-Royce for Field Maintenance Engineers (Gas Turbines) to support it's Long Term Service Agreement in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Our client has supplied more than 15,000 units to customers in nearly 120 countries and is investing in new products for the oil and gas industry and for distributed electricity generation. Candidates should preferably be Israeli nationals with excellent written and verbal English skills.The Field Maintenance Engineer will provide in country technical support and field service. The key responsibilities are to ensure that activity on site is carried out in a professional manner to maximise the availability of the equipment. Work will be varied from removing engines, carrying our boroscopes and installing the equipment (this may mean managing sub contractors on site). Candidates should have experience of working with the customer closely and communicating progress, issues and requirements in a professional manner. You will provide a full professional service to the Project Manager to ensure minimised downtime and provide fault finding/diagnostic advice to Field Maintenance Engineers and other Technical Support staff in the Company. You will also carry out scheduled maintenance activities and also assist with installation and commissioning new units and carry out upgrades on existing equipment. You may be required to provide technical support outside normal working hours, often at short notice, in response to unscheduled breakdown events and you may also be required, on occasions, to work out of country to support other contracts.Skills Required:
