1. Responsible for the safe maintenance of the plant & machinery used in this organization, repair or replacement of equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.

2. Participate in objective settings to improve efficiency & performance of the plant.

3. Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the corrugation industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.

4. Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary

5. Establishes and maintains a good maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.
