Job Description:

·         Coordinating with project manager, site Manager, & site Engineer and all concerned parties to update the project plans as per actual progress

·         Preparing monthly progress reports in coordination with the site engineer and other concerned members of the project team.

·         Analyzing project progress and raising the flag to the Project Manager on any current or possible deviations from the project plans

·         Assisting the Project Manager in finding the optimal ways to meet the clients’ needs and project schedule in case of changes in the project plans.

·         Initiating and following up on the collection of all information required from all concerned parties (project team members, head office, etc.).
Skills Required

·         Electrical Engineer

·         Minimum of 5 years experience in a planning role

·         Formal training in: - Project Planning (Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.) - Project Management (PMP Certification is a plus)

·         Gulf experience is a plus

·         Site experience (Electrical experience) is a plus

·         Proven track record of developing and managing project plans.
