Morson International, the UK's leading technical Recruitment Agency is recruiting on behalf of Rolls-Royce for a Sales & Service Support Engineer with a proven background in the marine market and strong knowledge of marine products and systems is required by our client to cover the marine market in Istanbul, Turkey. Customer focus is maintained through four business units that address specific market segments - Merchant, Naval, Offshore and Submarines. A global support network underpins all activities and ensures contracts can be undertaken, and support is at hand anywhere in the world. Reporting to the Sales Manager the Sales & Service Support Engineer will be the key contact for internal and external customers and will support the Country Sales Manager and Field Service Manager on all Sales activities in the region. The role will involve co-ordinating the OEM sales and Spare parts quotation process and maintaining frequent contact with the Production sites. Key responsibilities will include the following: Be the key contact in the office for customers. i.e. call handling Deal with the Service-and Spare parts sales process from Enquiry to Invoice within the time frame set. Adequately report and keep customers information updated in the relevant systems Key Experience Marine Markets Marine Products and SystemsPrevious sales support experience Key Technical/Professional Competencies Preferred knowledge of the industry & marketTechnical Product understanding of Marine equipment Good verbal and written communication skills Pro-active self-starterTeam playerEducated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline
