Reporting to the Sales Manager the Sales & Service Support Engineer will be the key contact for internal and external customers and will support the Country Sales Manager and Field Service Manager on all Sales activities in the region. The role will involve co-ordinating the OEM sales and Spare parts quotation process and maintaining frequent contact with the Production sites. Key responsibilities will include the following: Be the key contact in the office for customers. i.e. call handling Deal with the Service-and Spare parts sales process from Enquiry to Invoice within the time frame set. Adequately report and keep customers information updated in the relevant systems Key Experience Marine Markets Marine Products and SystemsPrevious sales support experience Key Technical/Professional Competencies Preferred knowledge of the industry & marketTechnical Product understanding of Marine equipment Good verbal and written communication skills Pro-active self-starterTeam playerEducated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline
