Customer focus is maintained through four business units that address specific market segments - Merchant, Naval, Offshore and Submarines. A global support network underpins all activities and ensures contracts can be undertaken, and support is at hand anywhere in the world. The Service Engineers will be Turkish nationals or will be currently living in Turkey and will carry out production, overhaul, repair, maintenance and commissioning activities for the After Sales department. Depending on the nature of the activities, the service engineer reports and is fully accountable to the Field Service Manager and the Service Coordinator in the Service Center Mediterranean.with regard to all work carried out. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carrying out and/or assessing faults, repairs and operational settings and installing new machines and equipment.
Carrying out technical and operational instructions Resolving any problems that are identified Providing aftercare for any equipment that has been installed Advising on and preparing the necessary repair options towards both the client and the Service Coordinator. Advising on replacements and/or overhauls.
Actively contributing to increasing the service level Carrying out any administrative duties ie reports relevant to the role with a high degree of accuracy.
Responsible for the realisation of the instruction in accordance with the order specifications and within the set quality and time limits.
Responsible for the supervision and correct usage of tools and materials made available by the company Responsible for complying with procedures and instructions as recorded in the quality system.
KEY EXPERIENCE:
Experience with similar products in the shipping industry

The ability to work independently
The ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Hands-on mentality
In the possession of category B and/or BE driving license Technical training at upper/higher secondary vocational education level (Mechanical/Electrical) plus relevant additional courses.
