Core and access Networks Engineer
3nd Level Support for NOC for customer and network related problems
Maintaining the Reliability and availability of network resources.
Escalation and interface with Vendor for equipments related issues( Bugs, Problems, RMA, etc)
Equipment releases maintenance and upgrades
Troubleshooting Network high level technical problems
Keeping network equipments configurations uniform and standard
Providing technical guide documentations for network troubleshooting
Providing technical documentations for network configurations details
International BW Providers Selection and link provisioning
Network QoS and TE configuration and monitoring
Keeping the network uptime and MTTR and developing methodology to enhance them.
Network Provisioning Engineer:
Network Operations (expansions, replacement, topology changes, etc).
Provisioning of new pops for supporting offered services
Provisioning of Leased Lines Customers
DSL ports upgrades.
Local BW upgrades.
