Three positions of Service Quality Assurance Coordinator/officer:
Specification:
- Monitoring of S&Q benchmarks.
- Conduct Customer surveys, spot checks etc.
- Conduct trainings/workshops for branch staff/others
- Conduct mystery shopping.
- Monitoring of training session.
- MIS maintenance & report submission to the S&Q Analyst.
- Regular input in S&Q manuals/booklets (formulate new manuals).
- Highlighting gaps (with cause & effect analysis) to the analyst for improvement and assist in minimizing.
Education:
- MBA Marketing.
Experience:
- 2 to 5 Years of Business Development.
Skills:
- Has extensive customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Has branch banking experience / knowledge.
- Extensive knowledge of SPB products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Excellent Communication verbal & nonverbal.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated.
Salary & Benefits: 16K to 100K (Commensurate with qualification, essential skills and experience).
