Job Duties: |
1.
He conducts section 30 case in the court of senior civil Judge, 8 Civil
Judges all empowered as Magistrate Section 30, Islamabad. He also
opposes bail applications in such cases. 2. He also contests Civil cases entrusted to him by the District Attorney in different courts. 3. He also scrutinizes the police challans of section 30 cases. 4. Assists the District Attorney in disposal of office work. |
