In case of initial recruitment persons possessing degree in Physical and Natural Sciences shall be selected as stipendiary candidates and will be appointed to posts after they have obtained Master’s Degree in Forestry from a recognized University.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Degree in Physical and Natural Sciences includes Physics, Math, Chemistry, Biology and Agriculture. However the candidates holding B.Sc. Degree in Forestry from Peshawar University will also be eligible.

IRRIGATION AND POWER  DEPARTMENT

SR. NO.124    (CASE NO.18-RE/2007) RECRUITMENT TO 96 POSTS OF SUB ENGINEER (CIVIL) ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR THE PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS ON ALL PUNJAB/ZONE-WISE BASIS IN THE PUNJAB IRRIGATION AND POWER  DEPARTMENT AS DETAILED BELOW:

The candidates belonging to such Districts which fall within the jurisdiction of more than one zone shall give their options of a zone at the time of submission of Application Form. The candidates who intend to submit applications for more than one zone shall submit separate applications for each zone.

QUALIFICATIONS:

(1)  No person shall be appointed to a post in the Service unless he has passed the Overseers examination from the Government  School of Engineering Rasul, or hold a diploma (three years courses) in Civil Engineering from the N.E.D. Government Engineering College,Karachi, or an equivalent or a higher qualifications from a  recognized University or Institute.

(2)  No person, not already in Government Service, shall be appointed to the Service unless he produces a certificate of character from the Principal academic officer of the academic institution last attended, and also certificates of character from two other responsible persons, not being his relatives who are well acquainted with his character and antecedents.

PAY:    (BS-11)

ELIGIBILITY:  Only Male candidates who are bonafide residents of the Zone where the vacancies occur.

SR. NO.125    (CASE NO.19-RE/2007) RECRUITMENT TO 02 POSTS OF SUB ENGINEER (MECHANICAL) ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR THE PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS ON ALL PUNJAB BASIS IN THE PUNJAB IRRIGATION AND POWER  DEPARTMENT.

QUALIFICATIONS:

PAY:    BS-17 plus allowances as notified vide S&GAD letter No.DS (O&M)53/2004/Contract (MF) dated 29-12-2004 and 22-08-2005.
