Job Duties:
1. Carried out periodical inspections of industrial and commercial establishment under various labour laws.
2. To initiate prosecutions and refer the cases relating to compensation and non payment of wages of workers to the Courts of Workmen Compensation Commissioner/ Authority under payment of Wages Act and Labour Court.
3. To submit labour situation reports.
