2. Conducting Research Studies in the allied subjects of Local Governments. 3. Coordinating the Training and Research activities. 4. Helping the Administration in the routine work of the Institute. |

Qualification/Experience required: |
For (A) (i) Second Class or Grade C B.Sc. in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University. For (B) (i) Second Class or Grade C Master Degree from a recognized University in Extension Education. (ii) Five years service in BS-17 and above preferably in a Local Government Institution/ Organization. |
