As we continue to grow our MBA program (Boston, Dubai, Shanghai, and London) we are looking for an Associate Director, Career Services, Dubai. Reporting to the Global Director of Corporate Development, the Associate Director will provide overall leadership and management of the careers program. Together with his/her counterpart in Boston the AD will develop and implement an overall vision and strategy for the career services department in Dubai, and provide leadership, coordination, and planning of the career centre. He/she will partner with faculty, alumni, and student organizations; possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; be able to promote career development and career related initiatives to an international student body; and will have exceptional organizational and administrative skills. Responsibilities will also include: • Collaborating with Hult Careers staff to enhance placement related processes and policies. • Implement tracking system for on and off site programs, student interviews, and placement results. • Develop campus and employer feedback systems. • Build active partnerships with Hult staff across global campuses. The successful candidate will have at least five to seven years experience in counselling, human resources or related field, preferably in college counselling (or career services), higher education, or in-house corporate recruiting. In addition to English, speak Arabic or regional Middle Eastern language. The position will require some travel and evening events.
