CAMPUS DIRECTOR * COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CUT) is looking for an experienced professional having Managerial and Administrative skills & expertise in academics at a senior level for selection as Director for its Campus at Attock. * Job responsibilities include total operation of the campus, creating an environment for the fulfillment of educational goals at graduate and post-graduate levels, provide leadership and management of human resource development, strategic and operational planning, fiscal planning and control, mobilization of physical resources, institutional marketing/advancement and students enrollment, hiring, training and support of staff, maintaining compliance with all accreditation/ statutory bodies and reporting directly to Rector CUT in the capacity as the chief operating officer of the campus * Interested professionals with qualifications and experience mentioned below and having strong leadership skills with demonstrated track record, ability to manage and motivate professionals as a cohesive team, excellent communication with staff and community, persuasive communication skills with an orientation toward results, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, an ongoing customer focus, the highest levels of integrity at all times are encouraged to apply. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: * Persons with a PhD degree in any field of natural / social sciences from an accredited educational institution, or its equivalent professional qualification, with 15-years relevant administrative / professional experience in a university or a professional organization at the national or international level may apply. Age may not exceed 55 years at the time of application/nomination. * The appointment would be for an initial three-year term.
