A leading phone provider in the region is expanding operations in Pakistan and welcomes the participation of talented professionals for the following positions:

HR MANAGER (Ref: HM/PAK/JANo8)
Reporting to the operations MD, you will play a true generalist role and will supervise a small team with the aim of implementing all company’s policy, procedures and systems that include Recruitment and Retention, Salary and Benefit surveys, Leadership Development, Performance Management System and Personnel Management. You will provide guidance and advice to line management all aspects of HR. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 in a managerial capacity. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to demonstrate your achievements in previous roles.

IT MANAGER (Ref: ITM / PAK / JANo8)
Your role will be to provide enterprise technology knowledge and information management strategy, assessing cost and feasibility of system requests, with overall responsibility for operating systems, systems management, basic application software / suites including business applications, scheduling, email, LAN and WAN services etc. you will participate in the development of new IT initiatives, security policies and the annual IT budgets. You should have at least 10 years in the IT field with experience in IT projects, technologies, applications development, IT operations as well as management skills. Microsoft Dynamic Axapta experience is a plus.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO MD (Ref: EA / PAK/JANo8)
Reporting to the country MD, The ideal candidates should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs in a fast paced environment. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial of this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important. You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience supporting at the executive level with excellent calendar management skills.

FINANCE MANAGER (Ref: FM / PAK/ JANo8)
Working closely with the Operations MD and the corporate CFO, the main purpose of this position will be to assist in the completion of strategic financial planning forecasting and risk analysis. In addition, you will be required to manage banking relationships for financing and financial monitoring and budgetary and financial controls for all projects that the company will pursue. In order to apply for this position you must be a qualified accountant and have at least 15 years experience in strategic financial position and well versed in financial reporting and has excellent management and decision making skills.

DISTRIBUTION SALES MANAGER (Ref: DSM / PAK/ JANo8)
Reporting directly to the Operations MD, your responsibilities will include setting the objectives for the distribution and sales team, manage and monitor the sales performance and the implementation of brand plans in the specific outlets. You must also achieve the business sales targets & outlets & objectives within defined territories through matching customer needs with our products. Lead the distribution sales staff to achieve the required sales results. The successful candidate must have a University Degree with 10 years FMCG or telecom experience. You should also demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (Ref: SCM / PAK / JANo8)
Your role will involve managing and overseeing overall Supply Chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of materials as well as selection and development of vendors. Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations and processes. Monitor procedures and standard conditions. Coordinate and resolve issues regarding existing and new products. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and 7-10 years of experience in a familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks, lead and direct the work of others.
