Children's Resources International, Pakistan (Guarantee) Limited (CRI, Pakistan), is a recognized educational institution implementing Interactive Teaching and Learning Program in public schools and Universities in Pakistan since 2002. CRI Pakistan is an implementing partner of a consortium currently working on the ED-LINKS: Links to Learning initiative. Funded by USAID under a Cooperative Agreement the ED-LINKS project: is designed to facilitate implementation of the government's agenda for quality education at the middle and secondary levels in selected districts of Pakistan. All ED-LINKS program activities are aimed at bringing about significant and sustainable improvements in student learning and learning environments; teacher education and professional development; and public sector capacity to sustain quality education. CRI-Pakistan is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the FDE/ED-LINKS project activities in the target government schools of Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT).

FINANCE MANAGER: (ED-LINKS)
Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing and maintaining all financial records. Applicant should be CA finalist and articles completed, or MBA Finance with 5-8 years experience. Should have expertise to prepare budgets, maintain record of receipts from the donor, and submit financial reports to the donor on monthly, quarterly and annual basis for expenses against budget line items. He/she will maintain financial disbursement and monitoring systems, prepare and maintain the ledger for monitoring financial commitments, monthly financial statements, non-expendable property ledger and prepare contracts for resource persons/short-term staff. Candidates familiar with USAID/donors financial management systems will be preferred. Computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel and knowledge of accounting software are essential. Good command over spoken and written English, excellent interpersonal team-building and presentation skills are must. The ideal candidate should possess an ability to complete tasks within strict and tight deadlines and work independently. The Finance Manager will be based at CRTs office, Islamabad.

EDUCATION MANAGEMENT & LEARNING OUTCOME COORDINATOR: (ED-LINKS)
The candidate should have a Masters degree in Education/Social Science with minimum experience of 5-8 years. Reporting to Director-ICT ED-LINKS his/her main responsibilities will include setting standards that inculcate best practices for encouraging learning outcomes of the students, analyzing and developing system for assessing student achievement in the classroom and adopting provisions that improves student's learning and learning environment. He/she should be able to devise strategies to support child learning and develop modules for delivery of effective lessons in Math, Science and English. He/she will also be advising senior management on new trends and opportunities in the education sector and provide quality control for project deliverables including reports, documents, publications, etc. Candidates having practical knowledge in the above stated areas and experience working with the government schools will be preferred. The Education Management & Learning Outcome Coordinator will be based at ED-LINKS office, Islamabad.


TEACHER & STUDENT PROGRAMS COORDINATOR: (ED-LINKS)
The candidates must possess Masters degree in Education/Social Sciences with minimum 5-8 years of experience. Reporting to Director-ICT ED-LINKS his/her main responsibilities will include improving teacher's education and professional development by designing processes for better observation and coaching of young teachers in classroom environment and work with academic supervisors to implement in-service trainings for middle and secondary school teachers. He/she will develop capacity of the academic supervisors to become mentors and provide in-service teacher education by developing their required pedagogy skills, subject knowledge, classroom delivery, creativity, improvisation, and questioning skills to improve student's learning and learning outcomes. Strong writing skills are required for providing quality control for project deliverables including reports, documents, publications, etc. Candidates having practical knowledge in the above stated areas and experience working with the government schools will be preferred. The Teacher & Student Programs Coordinator will be based at ED-LINKS office, Islamabad.
