Required HR/Compliance Officer
Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures.
Responsible for Conduct on daily basis compliance walk throughout the factory and highlight the ESH issue’s make recommendation base of findings.

* Graduate preferably MBA 1+ year relevant experience in HR/Compliance Dept
* Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals,policies and procedures
