Masood plans to strengthen its management by adding quality people in the following capacities to fulfill current/future requirements. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS The incumbent must have MBA / MPA / Master Degree in HRM from reputable institute with at least 8 years worked experience at managerial level comprising 5000 + employees. Must have the capabilities to enhance polices / practice, employees, Performance appraisal Systems, succession planning and retain oriented attitude will be considered basic parameters. QUALITY CONTROL MANAGERS Be able to supervise quality department activities of Apparel products with a purpose of improving quality in fabrication / garments. A result oriented team leader having professional insight of meeting / exceeding organizational requirement as per customer’s standards. University Graduates with minimum 7 years experience in relevant field from reputable organization will be an ideal candidates. QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGERS Must be capable to manage quality assurance activities in knitwear industry. University graduates will over 7 years experience in relevant field is the minimum requirement for the said position. MAINTENANCE MANAGER Mechanical Engineer preferable from UET, Lahore with at least 7 years experience preferably in Textile Processing / Knitwear industry. Must have the capability to handle operational maintenance requirements and responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and implement mechanical procedures with building a good team of junior managers and supervisors. TEXTILE ENGINEERS (FRESH GRADUATE) Graduate in garment technology preferable by NTU, Faisalabad with minimum 3-5 years experience in Processing / Finishing and 2-3 years in garments technology. TRAINEE ENGINEER * Mechanical Engineers preferable from UET, Lahore * Textile Engineers in Processing and Garments Technology preferable from NTU. Faisalabad. * Industrial Engineers from reputable institutes. MANAGEMENT TRAINEES Ideal positions for fresh / MPA from reputable institute, Willing to pursuer career in Textile Industry. Candidates for all positions must possess high level creativity complimented with strong and demonstrated analytical decision making.
