| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Role: To be responsible for the defined Human Resources and Administration activities for the largest Strategic Business Unit in the Group, that is in the business of Industrial services like Industrial Maintenance, Human Resources and Plant Construction Key Responsibilities: •Ensures implementation of employee performance management for the SBU •Review and recommends modifications as deemed necessary on the Job classification and salary scale. This includes conducting market research to determine competitive salaries and related benefits, in coordination with Group Chief HR Officer (Compensation and Benefits) •Plans, identifies, develops and recommends employee orientation and training program to improve organizational effectiveness. (Training and Development) •Recommends changes and updates on Human Resources policies and procedures, in coordination with Group Chief HR Officer – SHC •Ensure Saudization % is achieved in a targeted time frame •Institute Exit Interview system to take feedback and correct the areas that need correction •Champion the ERP (HR) module implementation. •To be responsible for the Administration and Personnel affairs of the employees , including but not limited to transportation , accommodation and Government Relations etc., •Responsible for Saudi Labour law and other statutory obligation •Create and monitors the human resources operational budget and control expenses accordingly. |
| Candidate Requirement |
| Profile | Minimum 15 Years experience in HR. Exposure to all the facets of HR. Should be an Graduate (essential); with Business Administration (preferred). MBA_would be an added qualification |
