On behalf of our highly respected and prestigious clients, Oxygen Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced HR & Development Manager.
Where we need you:
You will be responsible for identifying key development themes across
the business in the Middle East and creating adequate training and
development programmes which are in line with HR strategy. In your role
as a leader of strategic projects you will establish new processes and
procedures which will have an impact on our training and development
schemes.
In addition to monitoring and building existing processes and tools and
evaluating their effectiveness, you will design and pilot training,
learning and development solutions. These will be geared towards
enhancing the success of individuals and the organisation as a whole
and must comply with the competency framework.
Key tasks include overseeing the career and succession planning process
as well as the leadership programme, and also advising Senior
Management on best practices in training and development.
What we’d like to see
You have a degree in business administration, social sciences or
equivalent and several years of experience in a similar position within
an international context. We are looking for a team player who is
familiar with the most up-to-date tools and methodologies used in
personnel development today, has experience in people management, and a
background in developing and facilitating workshops and training
sessions.
As a strategic thinker with the ability to influence and inspire, you
create a positive team spirit among your colleagues and manage a small
team. You are fully conversant with MS Office. Fluency in English and
Arabic are essential. If you have all this, and a can-do attitude, we
