Responsibilities
Designation: ADMIN MANAGER Experience: 10 – 15 Yrs Hr & ADMIN LOCATION : DUBAI Job Responsibility: To manage the general admin responsibilities covering both company-related functions and employee-related functions across the organization. To serve as an alter ego of the Admin & HR Director for all administration matters and business meetings including negotiation of commercial contracts and renewals, To provide strategic managerial support to all the departments and employees in the organization in terms of admin resources availability and commitment to quality service of its team members at all times , To manage administration responsibilities which are: Company-related concerns, such as, Registrations, Renewals of registrations, licenses, etc.Insuranceregistration, renewals, cancellations, claims, etc., Refurbishment, maintenance of office premises and showrooms, Contacting contractors and short-listing quotes, Office supplies and consumables, Legal/Police matters or issues General Public Relations or Communications, Employee-related matters, such as: Employment Offers, Contracts, NDAs, Immigration, Labor procedures New employee needs (office space, company issued assets, access cards, etc.) Official correspondence/letters, certificates, memoranda, Leaves procedures Travel & Hotel bookings, GITEX and other major road show events Security passes, Resignation/Termination procedures Expense sheet claims/loan applications and other employee’s requests LPOs The right candidate must: Minimum 8-10 yrs. experience in Administration dept., and minimum 3yrs experience as Admin Manager in UAE. Handle correspondence, diaries and general administration. Ability to assist & continue developing work and a drive to work under pressure. Able to manage a team of 5-7 members. Exceptional Verbal & Written Communication Skills required Should be well-versed with Computers.
