HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCE The Head of Human Resource will be responsible to oversee the entire function of human resource including Recruitment and Selection,Training and Developments, Performance Appraisals, Compensation and Benefits etc. The incumbent will also be required to evaluate, develop and implement HR policies. The incumbent must be highly qualified professional with a proven track record of 4-5 years in the similar capacity preferably with a MNC. The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is based at Karachi. HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT & COMPLIANCE The Head of Internal Audit & Compliance will be responsible to direct and control the internal audit function, ensuring that all financial standards, regulations, and statutory provisions are complied with. The candidate will also be responsible to develop & implement operating compliance procedures, guidelines, systems and controls to mitigate risks. The person should be a highly qualified professional preferably a Chartered Accountant/ Certified Internal Auditor with 4-5 years experience in Internal Audit & Compliance in the financial services industry. The position reports to the Audit Committee of the Board and is based at Karachi.
