| Job Description/ Responsibilities | The responsibilities of the Hult Librarian include but are not limited to: individual and classroom instruction for MBA candidates, supporting students, faculty and staff with research requests and bibliographic instruction. The Hult Librarian offers sessions on research and database usage to the students that map onto classroom learning objectives. Additionally at the start of their program the librarian leads a tour of the physical shared libraries. IT Specialist responsibilities include the management and distribution of student passwords for the databases as well as email accounts. This individual also writes and develops online tutorials for the students, assists with the backup of registrar files and digitizes presentations. This role offers desktop and software support for the students and faculty. Lastly the IT specialist maintains Hult’s course management extranet. |
