The company aims to enhance the exports through facilitation, technology up gradation, skills development & Marketing/ Branding. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES A- MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES: Candidates must fulfill the following requisites: * First Class Masters Degree in Business/Public Administration, from HEC recognized Universities (Degree of LLB will be considered an additional qualification). * 10 years Experience in the relevant field, 5 years should have been served in Managerial capacity. * Maximum Age Limit 45 Years (on closing date of application). The incumbent should be able to discharge following responsibilities: * Recruitment and Selection. * Implementation of Human Resource Rules/Policies of the company. * Periodical review of the HR Policy and to put up proposals for changes to the management. * Training for Human Resource for development of the Company. * To develop corporate cultures within the Company to achieve high end result from employees and to develop team working. * Periodical evaluation of the performance of the employees. * Should be able to develop and maintain the confidential reports of the employees. * To conduct induction programs including basic orientation, elements of the strategic plans and human resource policy manual of the Company. * Maintenance of employee's personnel record. * Deal with the matters of employee's welfare like Group Insurance, Medical health care, and other matters. * Interaction with relevant Government Agencies. B- MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES (4 Positions): S.# 1. RESPECTIVE AREA Human Resource QUALIFICATION (SHOULD BE HEC RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITIES) MBA/ MPA (HR) EXPERIENCE 3-5 Years AGE LIMIT 35 S.# 2.RESPECTIVE AREA Quality Assurance QUALIFICATION (SHOULD BE HEC RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITIES) Graduation in Metallurgy/Mining Engineering Preferably with MBA/ MPA/ MA Eco. EXPERIENCE 3-5 Years AGE LIMIT 35 S.# 3.RESPECTIVE AREA Project Management QUALIFICATION (SHOULD BE HEC RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITIES) Masters in Management Sciences / Social Sciences / Applied Science / Engineering. (Preferably with advance courses of Project Management). EXPERIENCE 3-5 Years AGE LIMIT 35 S.# 4.RESPECTIVE AREA Information Technology QUALIFICATION (SHOULD BE HEC RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITIES) BCS / MCS / One year diploma in Information Technology. EXPERIENCE 3-5 Years AGE LIMIT 35 The experience for all posts as part time, honorary, apprentice and internee will not be considered. Only eligible candidates will be called for test / interview.
