Applications
on prescribed Forms are invited from Nationals of Pakistan Domiciled in
Sindh Province for the following Posts so as to reach the undersigned
on or before 10th November 2007 during Office Hours. Each Application
should include Bio-Data, Attested Photo Copies of Educational
Certificates from Matriculation onwards, Experience Testimonials,
Domicile & Character Certificates and include Names of Two
References. Application Forms can be obtained from National Bank of
Pakistan, NED University Branch during Banking Hours against payment of
Rs 200 Each. Application Form can also be downloaded from the
University Website and submitted along with a Bank Draft of Rs 200 in
favour of Director Finance, NED University for Each Application.

in relevant field with 15 Years Experience in any Recognized University
plus 8 Research Publications in Journals of International Repute. Ph.D
Degree is Essential and must be from a University of Repute; Requisite
Experience may be relaxed if the Candidate is otherwise suitable.
NB:
i)
In respect of the above Post of Professor Chemistry, Ph.D in Organic
Chemistry may also be considered only if Specialization is in
Hydrocarbon Fuels.
ii) In respect of the above Post of Professor
Mathematics, individuals whose Research Specialization has been in
Mathematical Theory of Heat or of Electricity and Magnetism, would be
preferred.
2. ASSOCIATE PROFESSORS

Recognized University plus 5 Research Publications in Journals of
International Repute. Ph.D Degree is Essential and must be from
University of Repute; Requisite Experience may be relaxed if the
Candidate is otherwise suitable.
NB:
In respect of the above
Post of Associate Professor Chemistry Ph.D in Organic Chemistry may
also be considered only if Specialization is in Hydrocarbon Fuels.

6. I.T. MANAGERS (Junior Scale)

Master's
Degree (Computer Science/BCIT or Equivalent/BE Computer &
Information Systems Engineering. Preference will be given to Candidates
having Relevant Experience.
7. ASSTT DIRECTOR FINANCE
BPS-17 (Rs 8,210 - 615 - 20,510)
B.Com
(Atleast 2nd Class) with 3 Years Exp. in Accounts and Budget in
Government/Semi Government Institutions. Preference will be given to
those, who have worked on Accounts/Budget in Development Projects in
BPS-16 or above for at least 5 Years and Efficient in Communication
Skills. ;
Notes:
1. Maximum Age Limit 45 Years, relax
able in the case of Government, Semi Government and University Employee
(Except where mentioned otherwise)
2. Application should be
submitted complete with All Required Documents. Candidates applying for
More than One Post must submit Separate Applications with Necessary
Documents for Each Post.
3. Incomplete Applications and Applications
received after the Due date will NOT be considered. Any Direct or
Indirect Approach or Influence will result in Disqualification.

Candidates already serving in Government/Semi Government and Autonomous
Bodies should apply through Proper Channel. Advance Copies of
Applications may be sent, so as to reach within the Due Date.

Applications of those candidates who were rejected Twice by the
Selection Board of this University for the same Post which they again
intend to apply, would not be entertained and/or considered.
