| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Forecasting of Manpower Requirement and coordinating with Placement Agencies, Websites and Educational Institutes for search of right candidates. Screening of Resumes, Scheduling, and Conducting Interviews of candidates till Middle Management, Final Selection and Analysis on Recruitment Process conducted. Analysis of Manpower considering various factors like Multitasking, Education, Salary, Tenure etc and Manpower Planning (in comparison to concept & territory Potential, Business generated & Volume of Operations ). Analysis on Entries and Exits and Area Performances Trends by studying various parameters & Employee Transactions. |
