JOB OPPORTUNITIES Engineering Development Board (EDB) is an apex government body under the Ministry of Industries, Production and Special Initiatives and its entrusted to develop and strengthen the Engineering Base in Pakistan. Application are invited for the following contract positions in EDB based at Islamabad. TEAM LEADER HR * Implement the HR rules and regulations and suggest periodic changes. * Recruitment, selection and HR Planning. * Employees performance management. * HR operational activities. * Organization and employees development and capacity building. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Master degree in Human Resource Management or Master in Business Administration along with Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource from a reputable Pakistan or foreign university with more than 5 years of related experience. TEAM LEADER FINANCE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Preparation of financial statements. * Development of budgeting process. * Implementation of Finance Policy and suggest periodic changes/review. * Develop MIS, Implement ERP, Internal Controls, pre-audit and help conducting post audit. * Reporting and accounting as per finance Policy. * Licensing, contracts, agreements and legal areas. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE CA (Chartered Accountant) with more than one year similar experience. Excellent market based remuneration packages will be offered to the candidate.
