| Job Description/ Responsibilities | * Ability to issue visas for UAE employment with Company support. * Liaise with current Clients to support current service and improve where possible. * Source potential new Clients and be involved in business development to market company’s recruitment services. * Assist with development of the candidate database to include international workforce. * Understand the competition and how we can deliver a competitive service to the market. * With a thorough knowledge of good resourcing practices, handle the entire recruitment cycle to source and engage personnel across different levels for a variety of clients. * Establish long term relationships with clients across different regions. * Develop office and recruit staff as appropriate to manage workload with support from Aberdeen and Sharjah offices. |
