| Job Description/ Responsibilities |
Basic Function and Scope: Reporting to the Manager for Client Accounts, the Technical Recruiter acts as the focal Point between candidates and the company Client Managers. The Technical Recruiter is responsible for global sourcing of candidates in support of our Clients requirements. The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle from receiving job orders from the Client Manager, and executing a structured recruitment process for the identification and sourcing of highly skilled professionals for our Clients projects. In addition, the Technical Recruiter is responsible for negotiating to ensure candidate salary expectation is fitting with the terms of the position. A critical part of the job is the use of the company online candidate database as a first tool for identifying candidates through a managed and defined search process. |
| Candidate Requirement |
| Profile | Requirements: Previous experience in sourcing Senior Engineers for the Oil & Gas Industry is a must. Familiarity with multi-discipline skill sets & job profiles within the Upstream, Midstream & Downstream areas is desirable. The right candidate must be IT aware with the willingness to learn and use modern Recruitment tools/Search Engines and must be willing to work under pressure while capable of achieving set targets. A results driven and focused individual with excellent Verbal & written communication skills is a pre-requisite. |
