Job Description:

We are looking for young career minded graduates with preferably 6-12 months commercial experience and a desire to join a young and vibrant UK based company with the prospect for real and rapid career.
Skills Required

No previous recruitment experience is required as full training will be given. After initial training you will act as Recruitment Consultant for UK clients servicing their resourcing needs. The role will include working with candidates, clients and administering the advertising and publicity strategy for the company. You should have a strong grasp of the English language (both written and spoken) and be customer service oriented as you will be dealing with a UK client base. You should therefore have a keen desire to develop good client relationship skills as this will be a key performance benchmark. As the company grows, a variety of new challenges and opportunities for career development will become available.

 

Requirements

  • Graduate caliber, preferably with degree in computer sciences/business administration.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a desire to develop fluency to a business level standard.
  • Dealing with and servicing the recruitment resourcing needs of UK clients.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate with good internet searching skills.
  • Ability and desire to develop strong Client Relationship Management (CRM) skills.
