Training Executive (Postpaid)
Overview The individual will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring a training system for the postpaid channel
Reports To Asst. Manager Training (Postpaid);
Work Location Islamabad
Experience Required 3-4 years relevant experience. Understanding of Telco products, systems and processes will be a plus!
Key Responsibilities
Ongoing Training need analysis
Developing and implementing a training calendar
Training budgeting
Staff tests and quizzes on products, systems and processes
Conducting training sessions and ensuring that the training objectives and being met
Personal Attributes
Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional environment as a part of a team
Ability to work in challenging environment
Ability to work under stress
Ability to work against tight timelines
Education/Professional Qualification MBA
Key Performance Requirments
Ability to improve planning, selling & servicing capabilities of the postpaid organization
