* To take responsibility of the entire household staff

* Analyzing issues and forming conclusions regarding the project management and related programmes.
* To come up with best solutions and thereby assisting clients.
* To lead and manage the team and be involved in all activities be it finance, marketing , or human relations.
* To be in charge of everything in the case of the manager being absent.
* To determine the duties of all the members and the employees.
* To interview the client’s people, management team and other partnership holders.
* To conduct workshops and out forth business proposals and make presentations to demonstrate.
