Required HR/Compliance Officer
Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures.
Responsible for Conduct on daily basis compliance walk throughout the factory and highlight the ESH issue’s make recommendation base of findings.
Responsible for employee safety and wellness.
Skills Required:
* Graduate preferably MBA 1+ year relevant experience in HR/Compliance Dept
* Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals,policies and procedures
* Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs at a proficient level
* Effective Communication Skill
