Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Executive with experiance to work in an ISO certified company.
- Minimum 2 years of experiance in a role of HR Generalist.
- Must have good understanding of ISO certification and HR Procedures under this certification.
- Majors areas to work on: recruitment, facilitate timely resoulation of all employee relations issues, HR policy making and updating in line with leagl and audit requirments, trainings and other day to day functions.
Skills Required:
It is expected that HR Excutive will posses followiong skills and qualifications:
- MBA in HR
- Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resource.
- Excellant familarity to work on MS Office suit.
- Strong level of negotation and influencing skills.
- Good professional apperance.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to establish and mintain healthy working relatioships with people of all levels.
- Exceptionaly good writing skills.
