Job Description:
Our client is one of the international market leaders in the design, manufacture, maintenance and supply of equipment and components for railway systems. They are looking for an HR Generalist to be based in Ankara. The selected person will give service to the Turkish Business Unit, created following the International Expansion process of the company, in all HR related issues:
| Functions: |
- Analyze the recruitment needs of the Business Unit and coordinate and supervise all recruitment activities. |
Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree or higher in the field of Human Resources Management, Business Management, or Organizational Behavior preferred
- Minimum of 3 years full-time professional and progressive HR experience in a generalist position (industrial sector preferred).
- A team-player with the ability to multi-task, remain organized and prioritize work in a dynamic and international environment
- Computer Skills: Office.
- Strong communication skills both in Turkish and English
