Develop and ensure the implementation of, application and adherence to HR policies and procedures. Reviewing and evaluating policies and procedures to ensure they are revised and updated.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and plans and support their implementation.
- Designed and developed performance management procedure, toolkit and orientation/ training program. Conducted the first formal performance appraisal across board.
- Coordinate with senior management to determine staffing numbers, skills and needs to meet the organization's objectives. Drafting job specifications with Line Managers and analyzing the skills and experience required for each job and develop job and person specifications.
- Execute the entire recruitment and selection process from placing job advertisements followed by screening and short listing of applications received, scheduling interviews, communicating interview results to candidates though to offer stage.
- Successfully managed the integration of over 95% increase in staff (From 23-45) & growing by redesigning and developing recruitment and selection strategies, procedure, processes, kits and guide for Line Managers & Team Leads.
- Execute joining formalities and ensuring all new employees receive effective orientation.
- Manage HR administration including maintenance of individual employee files and co-ordinate and provide information to employees on all facets of benefits.
- Prepare contracts of employment and ensure that employment contracts are up to date.
- Maintaining appropriate records and providing regular reports on absenteeism, probations etc. for generating payroll.
- Execute employee separation formalities including conduction of exit interviews.
- Participate in ISO audits.
Skills Required:
A minimum of 2+ years of experience of relevant experience.
Excellent English communication Skills.
Excellent inter personal skills
